Payment of your monthly energy bill is due on the 20th of the month. Payment must be in the office or in the mail as evidenced by the postmark by the 5th day of the following month. A 1 1/2% monthly service charge will be computed on delinquent energy bills, the minimum service charge will be $1.00.
