All monthly energy billings are issued on or before the 10th of the month and are due by the 25th of each month. Per board policy, if payment is not received by the 25th of the month a late charge will be assessed. If the 25th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the next working day will be the determining date for late payment and charges.
A 1 ½% monthly service charge will be computed on delinquent energy bills, the minimum service charge will be $2.00 on balances over $10.00.
